I Said No to Back Surgery
I am one of Dr. Duranso's regular patients. In 1994 I was involved in a class 8 tractor trailer roll over accident.
As the cab of the tractor hit the ground on its right side a chain link fence post came through the window and pinned me in a twisted position against the rear of the cab.
Narrowly missing my head but knocking off my cap. I was thrown first against the left door then abruptly thrown against the right seat, gearshift and dump trailer controls/pto controls.
The impact of my head against the rear window of the cab knocked the window out. I was twisted in my seatbelt to a point where I couldn't unlatch it, there was too much tension on it.
I was able to obtain the seat belt cutter from the glove compartment and cut myself loose and crawl out the rear window.
The bodily injuries sustained as a result of this accident were not immediately known as I was in shock, but did not realize it. Approximately 12 hours later I was sent to see a doctor.
I was then informed that I was suffering from shock and a great deal of extreme soft tissue damage to include both shoulders, left knee and hip, low back, mid back, neck injuries, and a severe headache.
The recommendation by the doctor was massive amounts of pain killers, recoup time, and call it good.
My supervisor recommended a visit with Dr. Duranso & his Chiropractic care ensued after extensive x-ray and MRIs. Many times during his treatment it was highly recommended by other doctors that I get back & hip surgery performed.
However, I declined and Dr. Duranso recommended that I continue with Chiropractic treatments instead.
To date, Dr. Duranso's Chiropractic care has kept me mobile and been a Godsend. I have personally witnessed many of my friends who went with the back surgery recommendation that have either died or are in wheel chairs today.
I am not crippled or in a wheelchair or dead because of Dr. Duranso's diligence on my behalf.
For the past 12 years I have been a loyal patient to Dr. Duranso's Chiropractic care and I can say personally that I recommend his Chiropractic care to anyone.
